Orders from individuals require personal cheques, credit cards, or money orders. Institutions making payment for individual subscriptions will be invoiced for the balance of the institutional subscription rate. Institutional orders require the full institutional subscription rate. Perpetual access to subscribed content is made available on all on-line volumes paid for.
All journals are also available as online-only subscriptions. Institutional print and online, and online-only subscriptions include permanent access for the year/volume purchased only – back issue access is not included unless part of a collection.
Subscriptions are entered on a full Volume (calendar year) basis only. All subscriptions must be paid in advance in UK currency (or US currency if ordering from within the US or Canada) by cheque, credit card, or money order.
Prices for UK subscriptions include postage and handling charges.
Only US and Canadian subscribers may pay in US dollars. UK, European and Rest of World subscribers should pay in UK funds, payable through a UK clearing-house.
Published prices expire on December 31 each year.
Prepayment is required for all subscriptions. Pro-forma invoices may be sent, but issues will not be mailed without receipt of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery of completed volumes takes approximately two weeks after receipt of your order. If you order before the publication of the volume, you will receive issues as published.
No cancellations will be accepted. No refunds or returns.
Duplicate payments will automatically be credited to an extension of the subscription.
Claims of non-delivery require the cancelled cheque or other proof of payment. Claims for missing copies must be submitted within six months of publication date.
In the absence of a separate license agreement, all intellect journal sales follow the SERU guidelines, as published at the NISO SERU website: http://www.niso.org/committees/SERU/.
