Kim Hagen
Kim Hagen is a Research Analyst at Trilateral Research & Consulting, a niche research and advisory consulting company bringing together strategy, technology and policy. Her main area of research is disaster management, with a specific focus on community resilience, decision-making in disaster response, and the role of new technologies and social media analytics in disaster management and risk reduction. In addition to her work at Trilateral, she is assistant-editor to the journal Disaster Prevention and Management. Kim holds a B.A. and M.A. in cultural anthropology and development studies, an M.Sc. in environmental sciences, and is in the final stages of completing a Ph.D. in community resilience to natural hazards.
