Áine O’Brien
Àine O’Brien is a senior lecturer, documentary film-maker and Director of Forum of Migration and Communications (FOMACS). She has published in the fields of film and postcolonial studies, migration and media practice, and is co-editor of Projecting Migration: Transcultural Documentary Practice (Wallflower, 2007). She co-directed Silent Song (2000, UK), Here To Stay (2006, Ireland) and Promise and Unrest (2010, Ireland).
