Free online access for Developing Countries
Intellect offers universities and educational institutions in developing countries free online access to its journals portfolio. The list below has been drawn-up using a study of less economically developed countries published by the World Bank as a guide. We have added a number of South American countries, Palestine and Iraq.
All educational institutions in the following countries are eligible for this offer:

Before completing the form below
- Your educational institution must be in one of the qualifying countries listed above. Any request originating from outside the countries listed will not be processed.
- The person completing the form should be the librarian or an official of the institution and must provide their official email address using the institution’s domain name. Private email addresses such as yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc are not acceptable.
- The IP ranges you provide must be verifiable routable IP ranges that are specific to your qualifying institution. Do not provide non routable IP ranges as these are designed to protect confidential environments, i.e. "private" networks. These IP's will not work outside their enclosed environment.
If your claim is valid, it will be processed and online access set up via Atypon Link.
