Phil Trinder
Phil Trinder completed a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science at Rhodes University (South Africa) in 1983. He worked as a programmer/analyst for NCR for two years before undertaking a D.Phil at Oxford University completing in 1989. Between 1989 and 1998 Dr Trinder was a Research Associate and Lecturer at Glasgow University. He is now a Lecturer at Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh with research interests in parallel declarative languages and databases.
