Philip Parker

Philip Parker is the co-founder of, the web's new site for online creative collaboration.  Phil founded the most successful MA Screenwriting course and initiated the UK Film Council's traning fund.  He is one of Europe's leading developmnet comsultants and has developed projecst from 'Wallace and Gromit - Curse of the Were Rabbit to 'Terry Prachet's Hogfather'.  He has lectured in Germany, Austria, Findland, Ireland,Ghana,Kenya,India,Brazil,Singapore,Australia, and New Zealnd.

He is currently an evaluator for Creative Skillset, a member of PRIMEEXCHANGE(Europe/India cCo-productions) and PRIME4KIDS(MEDIA's only children's development project). His is also an expert for the Britsih Council on the Creative Economy.
