Alana Kushnir

Alana Kushnir is an independent curator living in London. She was a practicing lawyer at Australia's pre-eminent law firm, King & Wood Mallesons, where she specialized in trade practices and intellectual property law. She will complete the MFA Curating program at Goldsmiths in 2013. Recent curatorial projects include Paraproduction at Boetzelaer|Nispen, Amsterdam (2012), TV Dinners at BUS Projects, Melbourne (2012) and Acoustic Mirrors at the Zabludowicz Collection, London (2012), as well as Paramergers & Curaquisitions, which will be published in Discipline. Currently, she is a co-curator of Fourth Plinth: Contemporary Monument, an exhibition produced by the Institute of Contemporary Arts, London in partnership with the Greater London Authority, opening in December 2012.
