Directory of World Cinema: Spain

Edited by Lorenzo J. Torres Hortelano, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Spain.

The editor is in the process of assigning contributions for the Directory of World Cinema: Spain. The Directory will be published in both print and online formats, with the edited print volume for Spain to be published by the end of 2011, and every other year from then on. The online repository for the Directory is seeking contributors for film reviews throughout the year and will be available free to all. For more information on this go to:

http://www.worldcinemadirectory.org/

The Spanish volume consists of 10 genre categories containing 10 film reviews.
Each genre is explored through an introductory essay which will also be written by
contributors. The volume has space for critical discussions of key Spanish directors and there are also chapters devoted to exploring the important areas of Spanish film history, industry, stardom and audiences.
