Intellect in North America

We are very pleased to welcome to the team Amy Damutz and Kyra Kordoski, our new North American representatives.

Amy Damutz majored in Visual Anthropology while at Brown University. Through the International Honors Program, she travelled with Harvard University faculty across the world to study ethnographic film and international cinema. France, Hungary, Serbia, India, Australia, Indonesia and Japan were some of the countries visited during that year. After graduation, Amy pursued documentary film and television production in New York, NY. She’s produced for PBS, MTV Networks, Warner Music International, Discovery, CBS News Productions, NBC Dateline and ABC News among others. Since moving to Wilmington, North Carolina with her husband and children, Amy has produced primarily for the Discovery Channel, Discovery Science, Discovery Green and UNCW-TV. Amy is excited to represent Intellect and facilitate its expansion into North America.

Kyra Kordoski received a BA in History, Philosophy and English from the University of Toronto and an MA in Cultural Studies from the University of Leeds. She worked in online marketing at AbeBooks.com for two years, which gave her a unique perspective on publishing and distribution. She is currently also Managing Editor of, and contributing writer to, the online publication Whitehot Magazine of Contemporary Art, a network of over 100 freelance arts journalists around the world. Kyra is excited about working with Intellect to help ideas become internationally accessible publications.
