Lizbeth Goodman
Lizbeth Goodman is Chair of Creative Technology Innovation and Full Professor of Inclusive Design for Education and Founder/Director of SMARTlab Creative Technology Innovation. SMARTlab is an independent non-profit research entity, which functions in collaboration with industry and with universities including UCD, UON, NYU, UW and with the UN IGOs (BeEarth and UNICEF) et al. as a research and training lab where disruptive technologies can be co-designed, tested and shared, in service of a healthier, more sustainable world. From early innovations in the first connected learning tools for the BBC in the 1990s, to the novel use of XR/VR/AR/MR and Assistive Tech in global classrooms today, SMARTlab researchers have led the way for decades in connecting learners to their full potential.
